CapeTerminal is building a technology-enabled platform for port-based logistics and value-added services around Vizhinjam International Seaport. We help businesses discover and work with service providers across logistics, warehousing, transportation, packaging, inspection, manufacturing support and related sectors.

About the Role

We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Junior Business Development Executive to support vendor onboarding and business development activities, particularly across Hindi-speaking markets and North India.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential service providers
• Explain CapeTerminal and onboard vendors onto the platform
• Collect and verify vendor information
• Build relationships with business owners and local service providers
• Support lead generation, market research, sales and marketing activities
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and onboarding progress

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with telecalling and speaking with business owners
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email and online tools
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Freshers and candidates with telecalling experience may apply
